Massachusetts Terms and Conditions

Public Power, LLC: Public Power is a leading supplier of retail electricity to customers in Connecticut. Public Power is licensed in Massachusetts by the Department of Public Utilities (“DPC”) as an Electric Supplier (License # CS-070) and is certified by the Federal Energy Regulation Commission. Public Power is licensed in Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (“PUC”), as an Electric Supplier (License #A-2009-2143245) and is certified by the Federal Energy Regulation Commission. Public Power sets the generation price and charges Customer pays for Electricity.

New Jersey Terms and Conditions

Public Power & Utility of New Jersey, LLC (“Public Power”) is a supplier of retail electricity to customers in New Jersey. Public Power is licensed in New Jersey by the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities (“BPU”) as an Electric Supplier (License # ESL-0086) and is certified by the Federal Energy Regulation Commission. Public Power sets the generation price and charges Customer.

Maryland Terms and Conditions

Public Power & Utility of Maryland, LLC (“Public Power”) is a supplier of retail electricity to customers in Maryland. Public Power is licensed in Maryland by the Maryland Public Service Commission (“MDPSC”), as an Electric Supplier (License # IR-1781) and is certified by the Federal Energy Regulation Commission. Public Power sets the generation price and charges that customer pays for Electricity.
