Referral Program - Offer is available May 1, 2012 through July 1, 2013. Please allow up to 90 days after your referred friend or family member
receives his/her first bill as a Public Power customer for delivery of your Visa® Prepaid Card. You must be a Public Power customer and be issued a referral
code in order to participate as a referrer. Referral rewards ($20 for each account) are for new Public Power enrollments signing up online at www.ppandu.com/referrals
only. Maximum referral reward per referrer is $500. New enrollments must use the designated referral code in order for the referrer to be eligible for rewards. Enrollments
are subject to Public Power's final acceptance. Acceptance shall mean utility accepted and accepted by Public Power. Enrollments that are rejected due to credit, misinformation,
or LDC reject are not eligible for rewards. Public Power is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or internet malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network
connections, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed enrollments caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this
offer. Public Power reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this offer for any reason including, but not limited to, infection by
computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other problems beyond the control of Public Power. This offer is limited to persons 18
